Delicious and always clean really good service ! We always choose this place for a delicious menudo !!!
One of the best menudos I’ve had if not the best. Menudo is not greasy like other places. It can be busy but it’s worth the wait. I was offered a “cuajadilla” something like a fried menudo taco, It was delicious! It’s best to go early because they sell out of some menu items.
The in laws who live in Aguascalientes brought us to this place far a late breakfast and we were not disappointed. I mean they have “Menudos” in their name so they better be good right? There are a few menudo combinations you can order with things like pigs feet, intestines, fat, and the thicker tripe. We all ordered a few different bowls and tried everyone’s family style. The broth was perfect and meats were excellent. Side garnish’s are provided alongside your menudo and they also put on a cool apron on you before you eat. Overall a good experience and this was the preferred place of the in laws.
